Enquiry Work
I work with a wide variety of quality and enquiry teams (internal and external) since 2012 and have kept up to date with enquiry-focused quality improvement and best practices in the public sector.
I am mindful of the often sensitive nature of this work and take my role very seriously when invited by organisations to be involved or lead this mahi. I consider it a privilege to carefully manage these high trust relationships and the information that is shared during the process.
Reports & Recommendations
I enjoy working collaboratively with teams and organisations to provide accurate, relevant reports and recommendations that support best practice and ongoing service development.​
Whether leading an enquiry team or as a team member, I often have the role of writing up the end report and recommendations and facilitating team consensus on a final draft.
