Adding Value to IT Projects
When a new IT project is launched in an organisation a lot of time is required to orientate IT staff to the clinical teams need. Getting an efficient, fit for purpose system takes time and expertise and once a system is in place it can be expensive to make late changes.
I have project managed the clinical end of this for a few organisations to reduce the toll on clinical staff time and contribute my expertise to the commissioning, design, testing and implementation phases of IT related projects.
Professional Information Online is a platform designed to provide ePortfolio and eLearning services to nurses.
Individual nurses can subscribe to a Nursing Council Approved ePortfolio service to keep track of their professional information.
Organisations engage PIO to provide an integrated ePortfolio system for staff that also has the option of designing and delivering eLearning packages and submitting ePortfolios for PDRP assessment processes.
