Since 1997 I have provided clinical supervision, supervision for role development, supervision and coaching for nurse practitioner candidates and mentoring new nurse leaders. 

 

I am currently supervising nurses from a variety of specialties, nurse practitioner candidates, staff members new to leadership and management roles, and lived experience peer support leaders, managers and staff.
